Transfer of a Property

📌Documents: The seller needs to collect the necessary documents such as tax and insurance clearance, certificate of no outstanding VAT, certificate of no outstanding ENFIA, and energy efficiency certificate, etc.
📌 Contract Signing: After collecting the documents, the notary prepares the notarial deed and invites the parties to sign the contract in physical presence.
📌 Registration in the Land Registry: After signing, the notary submits the copy of the contract to the land registry.
Transfer of a Vehicle
📌 Digital Process: The process can be done completely digitally through gov.gr.
📌 Requirements: The vehicle must be active, there must be no outstanding road tax arrears, and there must be a valid Technical Inspection Report from a Vehicle Technical Inspection Center (KTEO).
